I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM based in Warwick who are seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to join their team.

Job Description

As Ecommerce Support, your main responsibilities are:

• Working within the global Brand Partnerships Experience and Collections (BPEC) Ecommerce Team, this role offers a dynamic opportunity for an individual with a blend of technical expertise, customer-centric focus, and a strategic approach to enhancing Ecommerce and online experience 1
• Data analysis and reporting: Generate reports and analyse data, providing recommendations for optimisation where appropriate.
• Work with the marketing communications team to optimise website content, Ecommerce user journeys, and transactional email communications.
• implement SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) best practices.
• Support the briefing and development of a new booking platform aligned with the Clients' wide platform

Qualifications / Skills Required

• Experience of writing briefs for third party agencies and managing projects through to delivery with them
• A basic level of technical expertise with a strong attitude for learning and getting to grips with our tech stack
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
