Senior Recruitment Consultant – Marketing and Digital – to £32k + car allowance
We’re looking for experienced recruiters to join us here at The Talent Crowd in our marketing and digital team.
Since launching in 2021, we’ve established ourselves in our niche; recruiting for digital and comms agencies in Manchester, Leeds and further afield as well as helping build in-house comms and digital teams. Sectors include Professional Services, B2B, Leisure, Sports and E-com.
We’re still relatively small but we are an experienced team, we’re ambitious and are looking for like-minded consultants to join us and help us grow. We have great relationships with clients who continue to use us over and over again due to our honest approach and our understanding of what good looks like.
Added to that we’re part of a much larger organisation and having a multi-disciplined approach allows us to work with larger clients where we can fill every role with the opportunity to cross-sell. We really do have the best of both worlds!
If you’ve got a passion for marketing and digital (like us!) and at least 3 years’ experience in recruitment, then we’d love to have a chat with you. This would suit someone who enjoys recruitment, has a good foundation but hasn’t necessarily found their dream sector yet.
