The PPC Executive is instrumental in managing and optimising our pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various platforms, including Google PPC, Bing PPC, and Paid Social. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, is data hungry and eager to make a substantial impact in a dynamic environment.

Key Accountabilities:
- Lead generation and business property growth.
- Support across paid search, paid social and display channels.
- Account optimisation, predominantly across paid search.
- Being part of a continuous experimentation workflow.
- Identify, share and spread best practice throughout the business and demonstrate excellent teamwork.
- Communicate effectively and influence key stakeholders across the business.
- Embrace and drive innovation with the ability to think outside the box.
- Consistently demonstrate passion for the business and the role.
- Show confidence and conviction with decision making taking full responsibility for your actions and outcomes.
- Effectively manage own time, resources and journey plans to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.

- Any other duties are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by your line manager.
- Demonstrated experience in managing PPC campaigns, especially in Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Familiarity with Paid Social advertising, including platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- A relevant degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- PPC Agency experience.
- Salary - £30,000
- Flexible working environment which requires 2 days per week in the newly refurbished plush office in Brighouse, and 3 days remote/ working from home.
- 37.5 hour week
- Although this role is Monday - Friday, there may be times you are required to work at a weekend, however you are able to take this time back in lieu.
