Are you looking for a part-time role in a fast-paced start up?
Do you have above-average kitten herding skills?

If so, this growing creative marketing agency needs you!

A creative agency for bars, restaurants and the pop-up food scene are looking for an outgoing PA/EA/Office Manager to keep two time-strapped entrepreneurs on track and look after a small team of creatives in a co-working space in Manchester City Centre. This is a multi-hat wearing role where you’ll be the go-to person keeping everyone and everything ticking along as they continue to grow.

For the two directors, you’ll look after their personal and business diaries, manage expenses, and co-ordinate travel itineraries and accommodation.

For the team, you’ll ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office and keep on top of the client diary - booking in shoots, making sure everyone is where they need to be, when they need to be, with what they need and keep track of monthly client deliverables. You’ll be in charge of client invoicing, purchase orders, stationery, IT, and expenses. Plus be central to office life and the mood maker of the team - organising regular office socials, planning celebrations, and in charge of wellbeing.

Their ideal candidate is a PA/Office Manager from a start-up or creative non-corporate with experience supporting entrepreneurial types easily distracted by shiny objects. In return, they’re offering £40,000 pro-rata'd down to £24,000 for 3 days a week.
