What will you do?

As a Sales Executive you will be at the forefront of driving our market strategy forward. You'll work closely with the Sales teams, CEO, and Chief of Staff, ensuring seamless coordination and support. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, emails, and deadlines for the CEO and Chief of Staff, taking detailed notes during meetings with senior leaders, and maintaining our CRM system to optimize sales processes. Additionally, you'll play a key role in maintaining client records, coordinating with senior leadership on follow-ups, and ensuring that sales materials are up-to-date and aligned with our market strategy. If you bring a combination of administrative excellence, sales support experience, and strategic insight, we want to hear from you. Join us and make a tangible impact on our sales success.

What are we looking for?

-Previous experience working with/within Sales team

-Experience in customer relationship handling and working with marketing/sales teams

-Being comfortable/confident to work with C-Suite, have ownership of a schedule, reminding of deadlines, creating/drafting emails and follow ups.

-A strong attention to detail allowing you to manage CRM system, customer data, sales pipelines with accuracy.

-Exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit. You should be able to manage multiple priorities with ease and be able to drive initiatives forward.

-An interest or understanding of marketing principles and experience working closely with marketing teams to support sales objectives

Nice to have, but not essential

-Prior experience in the construction industry or start-up environments.

-Experience in managing projects or initiatives within sales or marketing teams.

-Ability to speak French is nice to have
