Position: Marketing Executive (part-time)

Location: Droitwich

Hours: Circa 18 hours per week accross 3 days 

Our client are a leading, long-established and respected brand within Worcestershire.  As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Marketing Executive to spearhead their marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Role Overview: Working closely with the Leadership Team, you'll develop and implement marketing activities to strengthen the brand identity. This hands-on role involves managing the full marketing mix, with autonomy to run end-to-end campaigns and support the growth of the firm. There are opportunities for career development, including guiding CRM implementation, strategic reporting, and fostering innovation within the company.

What Will Help You Succeed:

• Previous digital marketing experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for content creation.
• Proficiency in using marketing software including social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook), CRM systems such as HubSpot, email marketing software Mailchimp, and website CMS, WordPress.
• Time management and organization skills.
• Being a team player who can also work independently.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proficiency in marketing software including Google Analytics, GoogleAds, SEO-optimized blog content creation, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.), social scheduling tools (i.e., Hootsuite), CMS (WordPress), and email platforms (MailChimp).
