The Role 

THIS ROLE IS A 12 MONTH FTC

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager within Financial Services, to join a vibrant Marketing team, focussing on a generalist marketing role.

The Marketing Manager will take the lead on the client’s award strategy, planning the approach of award entries that will be presented to the Head of Marketing. As well as the upkeep of an awards calendar liaising with external PR agencies. 

The Marketing Manager will take ownership of the clients DDQ and RFP process, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date. You will be expected to work with the Wealth Management business in supporting and producing RFP’s. 

The Marketing Manager will take ownership of the clients Investment Research Communications. This will include the weekly Brief macro article, the Quarterly Report, monthly Market Views and the Central Investment Team communications. Working with stakeholders and compliance officers for a timely distribution. 

The Marketing Manager will be the Consumer Duty champion of marketing and is to consider Consumer Duty across all marketing activities. 

Responsible for monitoring all marketing literature whilst suggesting improvement and changes from the testing process. 

The Marketing Manager is to develop any new marketing material, such as brochures and reports, taking ownership of copywriting, design and liaising with the appropriate internal stakeholders as well as the external designer. Working on Brand guidelines.

The Candidate 

3-5 years Generalist Marketing experience within Financial Services including event experience, project management experience, copywriting, editing and experience in managing external agencies.

Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Relevant degree or equivalent qualification (desirable but not a must)

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

Highly organised.
