Your mission will be to increase brand awareness through various types of marketing, including digital, social media, relationship and transactional to increase sales and help grow the image of the company.
In return you will get 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, a monthly companywide bonus if sales target is hit, end of year performance-based bonus and company pension. This role is 100% office based.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Executive:
- Assisting with the development of the company by increasing brand awareness within the Promotional Merchandise industry.
- Help increase sales by targeted Marketing Campaigns.
- Liaise with the Sales Manager to create ideas and seize opportunities to generate further sales and drive growth.
- Keep in regular contact with top customers, liaising with them to create joint marketing schemes, offers and deals.
- Carry out market research to identify target audiences and areas to prioritise and applying this into marketing plans.
- Data analysis. Data is king – use this to take advantage of sales trends, searches, and industry trends. The company have a custom-built internal system which has all relevant data on.
- Manage social media accounts.
- Work closely with the sales team to target customers and individuals with marketing material to drive sales.
- Create and maintain a Marketing Hub on the company website.
What you will need to succeed as Senior Marketing Executive:
- 3+ years of marketing experience desirable.
- Creative mind with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
- Experience in B2B marketing.
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use Adobe programmes such as Illustrator, Photoshop etc.
