Marketing Account Manager 

Location: Maismore, Gloucestershire - Hybrid working

Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 (Depending on Experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday

The Company: 

Our Client have all the skills and expertise their customers need to deliver a positive return on their marketing investment. Their digital and offline marketing strategists are complemented by a team of experienced project managers and award-winning creative designers, copywriters and developers to deliver on their clients strategic requirements. 

 The Role: 

Reporting to the Account Director, you will have the responsibility for the successful co-ordination of advertising and marketing campaigns for our clients. You will manage the day-to-day administration of all the tasks necessary to deliver such projects and campaigns. You will also support in ensuring client requirements are fully understood and delivered to. This will involve support in the development of creative briefings, trafficking work and ensuring the work is accurate and supplied on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside the Account Director to manage the day-to-day projects across a portfolio of clients, using project management skills and systems.
  • To manage client communications ensuring their needs are documented and understood. 
  • To support in the development of creative briefs, and providing comments on creative outputs to ensure the work is in line with said briefs.
  • Managing campaigns from concept to delivery and ensuring they are completed on budget and to time. 
  • To ensure the efficient flow of work through the agency, liaising with others in client services to ensure resources are efficiently utilised.
  • To have a deep understanding of the client's business and the sectors in which they operate  
  • Maintaining the project schedules and other associated admin (e.g. quotes, comments, asset filing)

Skills:

  • To have the ability to build strong client relationships, ideally within the marketing industry.
  • Strong task-management and organisation skills with a focus on delivery. 
  • A willingness to expand knowledge of best marketing practice.
  • A keen eye for detail.
