Job Title: Account Manager
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000
Location: Harpenden / Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days from home)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time  
Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm

An exciting opportunity to work for an award winning and fast-growing independent Marketing Agency, supporting a portfolio of reputable clients.
 
The successful candidate will have previous Account Management experience within a marketing agency and have the ability to hit the ground running.
 
SKILLS REQUIRED
·Experience working for a Marketing Agency.
·B2B marketing experience
·Enthusiastic and confident
·Good attention to detail and highly organised
·Proactive
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Communicate with clients, establishing excellent relationships and providing an outstanding service.
·Understanding different types of digital content and knowledge of digital platforms.
·Oversee all projects from creative brief through to delivery and assist with creating high quality marketing campaigns.
·Briefing the creative team and ensuring the content meets the clients' briefs and expectations.
·Proofreading content ahead of sending to clients.
·Using presentation skills to sell creative concepts and ideas.

·Holiday allowance: 22 days + bank holidays
·Hybrid working - 3 days office, 2 days from home.
