We are Rubix M&E - The UK's leading Mechanical and Electrical recruitment agency and we are searching for a superstar to manage our social media, grow inbound enquiries through our website, create content and generate sales leads.

You will be a brand ambassador of the no.1 recruitment agency in the mechanical and electrical industry. The right candidate for this position will need to be creative, business development minded and excited by the prospect of being a KEY COG in evolving a brand which is closing in on our 9th (and most successful!) year trading!

The role:

• Drive the new website branding to communicate with existing customers and attract new business.
• Manage and grow our social media accounts.
• Generate leads for the recruitment team via online marketing.
• Blogging.
• Job posting and managing advertisement ROI.

In addition to the above, you will be expected to wave the Rubix flag not only online but also in-person by attending networking events and industry related expos, meaning face-to-face sales is advantageous. This position may also appeal to an ex, or existing recruiter who does not want the billing KPI but has; a keen eye for detail, still motivated by business development and has a strong marketing track record.

Rubix M&E has built a strong reputation recruiting on behalf of traditional plumbing, heating and electrical contractors whilst also leading the renewable recruitment charge across; solar, EV, heat pump and smart metering sectors.

This is a new role. We are open to candidates of all experience levels and salary requirements. We are seeking to attract and employ the right candidate and ideally you will have prior experience in a like role. Please note: this position does not offer hybrid or remote working. Office hours are 8am til 5pm, Monday to Friday. We believe in the power on in-person collaboration and creating a fun, professional working environment.
