Connect IT Recruitment have partnered with a global FMCG business to work with one of their leading clients. As an Internal Account Manager, I will sell designated products from clients’ portfolios by telephone to specified customers within set periods.
Skills/Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of telephone account management experience in a similar fast-paced and target-driven environment is essential.
- Previous experience of working in the FMCG industry is desirable.
- Good understanding of a CRM system.
Responsibilities
- Secure agreements with pharmacies to sell over-the-counter products, exceeding daily call rate, order volume, and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase brand sales within your assigned territory, achieving both individual and team goals while actively expanding the customer base.
- Provide exceptional phone support to clients during targeted sales initiatives, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain meticulous daily records and proactively send call notifications to pharmacies a week in advance to ensure smooth and successful telesales interactions.
- Utilise the company’s CRM system to analyse your sales performance and react to sales trends.
