We are looking for an Accounts/Event Manager to join our fun, creative, hard working team here at Lemonzest Events. The ideal candidate will require experience working within the Live Events industry managing multiple projects and must have understanding of conferences, awards, dinners, project launches and much more.....

The role is office based (Midlands) & requires the individual to drive so having your own transport is a must! We must be able to drive to a meeting last minute, travel to and from venues all around the UK - which are not always accessible by train.

We're looking for someone to join the team and immediately be able to work closely with our clients planning & delivering their events.

Job overview -

To be responsible for organizing and managing a large number of events from the conception – completion. Must be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, meet deadlines with no supervision and be a strong team member. Work closely with the Director’s on Key Accounts as well as managing your own clients, supporting the process & management on the day.

Manage & support the Event Coordinator & administrator role. The Event Manager should have a love for events, provide outstanding customer service, be an enthusiastic professional, and be able to build relationships with customers, suppliers and the team.

Responsibilities and duties -

· Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery.

· Build and manage Event Management software systems, managing the process throughout.

· Have a strong understanding of the production/AV equipment & being able to add items into current our quoting system.

· Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations.

· Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project.

· Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships.

· Managing supplier relationships.

· Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to your team.

· Travelling to client meetings, site inspections and client events.

· Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish.

· Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery.

· Work on company Key Accounts ensuring growth year on year.

· Support and work closely with the Directors working towards obtaining their accounts for the following event years.

· Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process.

· Post event planning.

· Social Media for each project.

· Seeking new business opportunities.

Experience -

· Must have Conference, Exhibition, Live Music or Sporting Event Experience - within the Live Events Industry

· Event management system experience

Salary plus benefits, office based role with flexibility - must to able to work late nights and weekends and must have the love for events! We work hard and play hard....
