Job Title: Customer Care Coordinator

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join us as a Customer Care Coordinator. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships and exceeding customer expectations throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  2. Coordinate communication between clients, project managers, and construction teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  3. Proactively address customer needs and concerns to ensure a positive experience throughout the construction process.
  4. Schedule and coordinate appointments, site visits, and meetings with clients as needed.
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements to our customer care processes and procedures.
  7. Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their projects and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  8. Follow up with customers after project completion to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in customer service or client management roles, preferably in the construction or related industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for managing customer interactions.
  5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  6. A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
