Our client, a well-established Norwich Agency, requires an experienced Client Services Director to manage client relationships, projects, and internal teams. You'll drive exceptional client service and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality creative work.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and manage strong client relationships.
• Oversee project delivery, maintaining high standards.
• Lead and develop a high-performing client services team.

You'll be successful if you have:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience managing client relationships within the creative industry.
• A proven track record of client satisfaction and project management.
• Experience making executive creative decisions on content and designs.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Design/digital background a plus.
