Position: Search and Performance Manager
Location: Wrexham, 3 days on-site
Salary: £60,000 DOE

I am currently looking for a Search and Performance Marketing Manager to join a leading provider in Wrexham. Joining the team you will manage and mentor the marketing team, helping them develop skills and with processes.

As a Search Manager you will be responsible for developing and implemnting SEO and Paid startgies overseeing all campaigns and marketing platforms. Alongside of this, you will work closley with the rest of the team in the development of their growth strategy.

Key responsibilities:
▶️Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to execute the paid marketing strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
▶️Develop comprehensive campaign and user journey analyses, presenting findings to the Marketing and Growth teams, as well as relevant stakeholders.
▶️Lead through example by exploring new market avenues via controlled testing and thorough market and audience research.
▶️Generate and maintain regular reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis utilizing Salesforce and other Business Intelligence systems.
▶️Oversee the lead funnel management process and drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to foster business growth.
