As the Digital and Social Media Manager, you will take charge of all social media accounts and paid campaigns across multiple platforms. You will wow audiences with compelling content, including captivating videos and engaging podcasts. 📹🎧

📆 Your responsibilities will include:

• Crafting and implementing an integrated social media strategy, utilising both paid and organic techniques across all social media channels. 📣
• Driving lead generation through innovative social media campaigns for a range of legal services. 💼
• Developing a creative social media calendar, focusing primarily on LinkedIn, X, and Instagram to build brand engagement and drive income streams. 🗓️
• Creating captivating copy and content that resonates with the brand and tone, ensuring consistency across the firm. ✍️
• Producing timely videos and podcasts on pressing legal topics, collaborating with the internal legal teams. Be the voice of authority and share knowledge with the audience. 📺🔊
• Capturing video and imagery content for significant events and campaigns, leaving a lasting impression. 📷

✨ Desired Skills and Experience:

Our client is looking for a creative superstar with a minimum of 3 years' proven experience in social media marketing. You should have a track record of delivering successful organic and paid social media campaigns and generating high-quality leads. 💪

In addition, you should possess and be able to demonstrate clear experience of:

• Proficiency in managing multiple social media channels and developing effective strategies. 📲
• Skill in creating engaging content across various platforms, including video and podcast creation and editing. 🎥🎙️
• Experience in executing campaigns and maximising ROI through analytics and reporting. 💼📈
