We are seeking an experienced and vibrant Marketing Manager who is adept at crafting effective marketing strategies and passionate about driving impactful marketing campaigns that captivate.

What you’ll be doing…

• Reporting directly to the Sales Director and working closely with Senior Management, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the brand strategy – each day presents unique and exciting challenges so you must be able to multi-task effectively.
• Effectively guide and nurture the Marketing team (comprising Senior Marketing Executive & Marketing Assistant) to accomplish predefined goals.
• Collaborating with each business area to create a strong brand in the marketplace through social media management, email communications, website management and suitable PR and corporate communications.
• Design new and appealing templates to allow consistency of the brand.
• Taking control of and reporting on the marketing spend effectiveness to ensure optimal ROI and value for money.
• Working alongside agencies to drive and oversee SEO/PPC and associated advertising channels.
• Continuously research and sourcing new and effective platforms to promote all areas of the business, utilise LinkedIn, generate leads and arrange events and exhibitions, both in person and virtually.

About you…

• Extensive marketing experience, ideally 5+ years either working in-house or agency – B2B/B2C.
• Educated to degree level and/or hold a relevant marketing qualification (CAM/CIM) or similar.
• Excellent content writer for publications, blogs and social media, taking the brand to award level
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro), Google Products (GA4, Ads, Search Console, Tag Manager), WordPress, Canva, SproutSocial and DotDigital (or similar).  Knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal skills, strong communicator with a creative approach and eye for detail.
