We're currently seeking an Email Marketing/CRM Executive to join my clients team in the beverage industry. In this role, you'll be instrumental in designing and executing email marketing strategies while harnessing the power of CRM tools to maximize customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns that resonate with our B2B clientele.
• Utilize CRM platforms, including Klaviyo (preferred), to segment customer data and personalize email communications.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align email marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer data to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and CRM.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in email marketing and CRM management, ideally within a B2B context.
• Proficiency in CRM tools such as Klaviyo (strongly preferred) and Salesforce.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for the beverage industry and a drive to exceed customer expectations.
