Our client is looking for their next Associate Account Director to join their award-winning global agency.
In this role you will be managing and strategically developing principal clients and overseeing the outcome of exciting projects.

- Manage a portfolio of clients in the healthcare industry.
- Deliver innovative solutions for different briefs.
- Play a pivotal role in RFI/RFP and pitch response.
- Line manage peers.
- Financial, client and project management.
- Develop and indentify opportunities for organic growth of existing clients.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Brand expertise and proven experience building successful brands.
- Understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
- Background in a healthcare communications agency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with pharmaceutical brands at a strategic level.
- Client focused.
- Understand and have the ability, to apply the ABPI (NOAH) codes of practice where required.
