Working Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 9:00am to 5:30pm
Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
(1-hour lunch break; Total: 37 hours per week)

Salary - £40,000 - £45,000 pa depending experience + extra benifits

Our client, a prestigious Legal firm located in the heart of the West Midlands, is currently seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Manager to join their team at their Shirley offices. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take charge of all marketing activities and contribute to the growth and success of the firm.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of all marketing activities, ensuring alignment with the firm's objectives and strategies.
• Execute events, marketing communications, and online presence across various digital platforms and social media, including pay-per-click campaigns.
• Challenge traditional marketing techniques and embrace innovative technology to enhance marketing efforts.
• Develop and monitor budgets, tracking monthly spend and highlighting potential under/overspend.
• Collate data, generate reports, and perform analytics to provide actionable insights.
• Oversee Legal 500 submissions, website management, and solicitor reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm or professional services background.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Experience in organizing events and managing event logistics.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated individual with a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
