IRIS Group Product Marketing is excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated Senior Product Marketing Business Partner to join our growing and dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy, sales enablement and overall growth of our innovative Accountancy software solutions.  These solutions include a wide portfolio of software and an active partner marketplace.

As a strategic thinker and collaborative team player, you will work hand-in-hand with product management, sales, customer education, and the broader marketing organisation to ensure the successful development and execution of marketing initiatives for our cutting-edge products.

You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product offerings by spearheading marketing efforts that accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth. This highly cross-functional role requires a strong understanding of SaaS B2B software and a customer centric mindset, and strong communication skills. 

Together with our dedicated teams, you will help establish IRIS as a market leader in the Accountancy software space while driving product adoption across all our portfolio and fostering long-lasting customer relationships engaging with many of them on their journey to cloud software.

Responsibilities 

  • Build Monthly and Quarterly plans for core assets deliverables including Personas, Value Proposition, Messaging Frameworks, Sales Enablement assets.
  • Develop key market insights and research to inform understanding of new trends, challenges and developments in the Accountancy market.
  • Build assets and ensure delivery through digital sales enablement tool monitoring engagement optimise and evolve content for successful sales engagement.
  • Briefing marketing and sales teams on messaging frameworks for new product launches and key feature releases.
  • Review commercial performance along with core KPI Metrics for core strategic products.
  • Work with pricing in reviewing the market to ensure best price positioning to ensure commercial success.
  • Ensure engagement in core Product Management meetings to support and influence product roadmap.
  • Support plans for existing customer cloud adoption through accurate messaging for different customer cohorts.

Experience and Knowledge

  • SaaS B2B technology experience
  • Experience working in Enterprises level B2B businesses or scaling businesses going through transformation
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills and a confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple areas of the business. A keen focus on establishing not just the GTM plan, Messaging and positioning but understanding distribution channels for revenue realisation and ensuring the right questions are asked across the business for success GTM.
  • Confident communicator in the Accountancy sector with and enthusiasm for Accountancy software and a solution-based approach.
  • You will be confident when meeting new people and have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple competing demands. You will have strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Positive and proactive approach towards problem solving.
  • A natural self-starter and highly self-motivated
  • Strong IT skills with knowledge of the Microsoft Office Products e.g Outlook, Excel, Forms, Power Automate.
  • Ability to be persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
