Major Recruitment Watford are looking for Influencer Marketing & Social Media Executive channels to work for a global company based in North West London. Our client is expanding their influencer engagement and looking for someone with good experience in copywriting, managing influencer campaigns & driving e-commerce engagement.

As a Influencer Marketing & Social Media Executive, you will:

• Identifying prime influencer collaboration opportunities across all business segments in coordination with the Social Media team.
• Assisting the PR & Marketing teams in executing the annual marketing calendar with ongoing influencer involvement.
• Establish strong relationships with social media influencers and creating and content across social media channels.
• Proactively pitching and generating opportunities for potential influencer partnerships.
• Crafting tailored proposals for influencer collaborations and overseeing all stages of the process: pitching, closing, implementation, and reporting.
• Ensure timely compliant delivery of each influencer campaign and proactively steering social media coverage through influencer seeding and partnerships.
• Overseeing the planning of social media strategy across current and new social channels.
• Enhancing audience engagement, cultivating online communities, and acquiring new customers.
• Supporting community management and addressing customer queries via social media.
• Managing influencer marketing campaigns and coordinating product gifting

A successful candidate will have:

• 2+ years of active engagement in online communities across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
• 2+ years of managing strategic influencer partnerships and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Collaborative team player passionate about social engagement and capable of managing various content.
• Demonstrated ability to devise strategy based on audience research and intuition.
• Utilizes social analytics to provide clear recommendations on content and strategy.
• Proficient copywriter with a strong visual sense and creative aptitude.
• Capable of collaborating with the creative team while also independently producing content.
