Role: Marketing Executive

Location: Berlin

Salary: €45,000 - €55,000

My client is looking to hire a Marketing Executive to thrive in their vibrant team. They are a prestigious marketing agency that partners with influential companies within multiple industries, and they are now on the lookout for an individual who has previously worked in a Digital Marketing Position. This role offers a unique opportunity for growth and development within a company that is not slowing down.

Responsibilities:

You will play a pivotal part in developing marketing strategies by being given the freedom to push innovative ideas which follow the company's vision. Your day-to-day will consist of working closely with highly experienced marketers to drive growth and increase brand awareness. Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop marketing campaigns that align with the company's mission statement.
• Conducting market research targeting various competitors to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage and analyse digital marketing efforts on multiple platforms using analytic tools.
• Using creativity and innovation to create compelling content.
• Conversing with multiple departments to ensure marketing initiatives resonate with all departments and align with the company's mission statement.
• Analyse and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Key Skills

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience within a marketing role.
• Experience with social media advertising, email marketing, Google ads and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong copywriting using a variety of formats and tones.
• Strong organisational and reporting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• A passion for creativity with an ability to portray this in a variety of different ways.
• The confidence and passion to drive success.
