The Role

As Event Producer this role is varied and will be responsible for overall creation and delivery of a broad portfolio of events:

-          Building and managing client relationships

-          Managing incoming enquires and interpreting briefs

-          Event design, theming & mood-boarding

-          Developing creative responses to briefs

-          Proposal preparation & pitching to win projects

-          Managing private and corporate events end to end

-          Coordinating suppliers including catering, florists, etc.

-          Advising on technical solutions and working closely with the warehouse team

-          Managing the install and delivery of events onsite

-          Preparing and managing budgets

The Candidate

We are looking for candidates in an established creative event producer type role ideally from within an event or production agency. Individuals must have a proven ability to convert a brief enquiry into a confirmed project and to manage the event from concept development phase through to onsite install. We are also looking for candidates who have some understanding of AV and technical event elements. Experience working across both private and corporate events would be beneficial however candidates with a bias towards one will still be considered.
