This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic marketeer with a flair for content creation and campaign delivery to take the reins and implement the marketing strategy of the business. Whilst not expected to be an expert, this is a cyber security based business, and it would be important to have an interest and ability to keep abreast of developments within this industry.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can:

• Create informative and engaging content across various platforms
• Forge solid relationships with external agencies, designers and technical experts to ensure a united approach to campaigns and strategy
• Competently manage the marketing budget and maximise ROI
• Track and report on KPIs, delivering reports to both senior management and across the wider company
• Attend trade shows and webinars to raise the profile of the company
• Manage the PR of the business, in association with an external team
• Oversee SEO and paid advertising online to increase visibility
• Take ownership of the marketing for the business, developing and growing to complement business need

Key skills and experience this Marketing Manager needs are:

• A minimum of 3 years in a marketing role, with event and campaign management experience
• A relevant degree qualification - Marketing, Business or similar - or equivalent
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Graphic design skill, comfortable using Adobe Photoshop or similar software
• An understanding of CRM, CMS and email marketing software
• SEO optimisation skills and experience of enhancing search engine performance
• The ability to, and demonstrable experience of management, be it project management or team management
• An analytical mind, with the ability to multitask and problem -solve, combined with creative flair and enthusiasm for brand engagement

A salary of £(phone number removed) per annum is on offer for this Marketing Manager role, dependent on experience, plus a range of additional benefits.
