Hybrid - Central London - £60,239 - £73,075 - Permanent.

As the Deputy Director of Student Recruitment, you will lead, develop, and manage the delivery of the University's recruitment and conversion activities. The role holder will manage the team to ensure that marketing and recruitment strategies and operational activities are aligned to effectively support the achievement of student recruitment targets at all levels and for all modes of study.

The role holder will plan and report on recruitment and conversion activities and work in close partnership with the Deputy Director of Marketing and Heads of Admissions. The role holder will plan and oversee the delivery of engaging student recruitment plans for the UK, EU, and international markets. The aim is to achieve growth across all levels and groups as part of the ambitious five-year strategic plan.
