Our Wallingford based client is the UKs leading sales and service partner for the latest CNC machine tooling manufacturers.

At at an exciting stage of strategic growth they are looking for an ambitious and dynamic individual to join the team and be responsible for leading our B2B marketing while supporting the sales process to and introducing leads and clients

Hours -37 Hours per week Monday to Friday although reduced hours could be considered to fit around family etc. Least hours would be 28 per week.

The Job - You will be working with major global manufacturers to small independent companies from a range of engineering sectors, including such as Aerospace, Defence, Motorsport, Space, Science, Electric Vehicles and more.

You will be working across all company's marketing channels, email, phone calls, face to face meetings, events, and exhibitions. Therefore, a confident and driven personality is required to build and maintain good customer relationships.

The company will provide full product training and support, but we are looking for an outgoing organised individual with a wide range of digital marketing experience, who is versatile, flexible and able to help out across all sales and marketing functions

Ideal Candidates Will have:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar marketing role  - marketing coordinator/marketing administrator
  • B2B Social Media skills (Linkedin Twitter and Facebook)
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of a sales process
  • Great admin and organisational skills
  • Writing content for social media websites, mailshots, newsletters etc
  • Ability to create Canva posts (can be learned)
  • Experience with CRMs 
  • Ability to edit analyse and adjust to improve ROI.

This varied and interesting role covers both marketing and sales support functions and as this is a small growing business we do require someone who can" roll their sleeves up" " muck in" and  generally be prepared to help out as and when required.
