Position

As the Events & Admin Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless organisation and execution of various events and administrative tasks across the business. This position requires someone with exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, a willingness to travel occasionally is essential to meet the demands of the role.

You’ll create content to market the event, including landing pages, social posts, email campaigns, presentations and supporting event materials. You’ll also provide events advice and support around the organisation in line with brand guidelines, technical requirements, team processes, and internal policies. You’ll have the confidence to communicate directly with key stakeholders, including the sales team and CEO.

You will also be providing admin support to the CEO, COO and CFO including diary management and planning internal/external meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of events (internal and external).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop event concepts, timelines, and budgets.
  • Liaise with external vendors and partners to secure venues, accommodations, and other event-related services.
  • Handle event logistics.
  • Prepare and distribute event materials.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as diary management and scheduling meetings.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports and budgets relating to events and activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with event coordination and administration.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail oriented with high level of accuracy.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for events and meetings.
  • Experience of using HubSpot and WordPress would be desirable.
