Job Title: Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Specialist

Location: Sheffield 3, In Office – Part-time (2 days ideally but flexible)

Salary: £26,000pa

Job Description:

We are seeking a Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Specialist with at least one year of recent experience to join our dynamic marketing team. As a PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimising PPC campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads. Your primary goal will be to drive quality traffic, increase conversions, and achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement PPC strategies to achieve our goals, including lead generation.
  2. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords and optimise campaign performance.
  3. Create and optimise PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads
  4. Write compelling ad copy and create eye-catching ad creatives to maximise conversion rates.
  5. Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and provide regular reports to management team.
  6. Conduct A/B testing to optimise ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements for improved performance.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure campaigns are in line with current standards.
  8. Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to integrate PPC campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
  9. Provide recommendations for landing page optimisation, website improvements, and other areas to enhance campaign performance.
  10. Assist the team with implementing overall marketing strategies, including landing pages improvements and search engine optimisation.
  11. Communicate effectively with the team to understand their goals, address concerns, and provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 1+ year of experience of managing PPC campaigns from start to finish.
  2. Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads..
  3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities.
  6. Google Ads certification is a plus.
  7. Experience with Google Analytics / GA4 or other web analytics platforms.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. A passion for digital marketing and staying updated on PPC industry trends and best practices.
