£40,000 - £47,000/annum Circa 45K pa plus bens.

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist with advertising industry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical abilities in supporting desktop environments, particularly on macOS systems, and have expertise in managing Jamf and Intune. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as you will be interacting with various stakeholders across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide desktop support services for macOS and Windows environments, ensuring all systems are functioning effectively and efficiently.
  • Manage and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Utilize Jamf and Intune to deploy, configure, and maintain desktop applications and settings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical problems and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of advertising-related software and tools.
  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure security and performance optimization.
  • Create and maintain documentation for support procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on software usage and best practices.

Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support roles, preferably in the advertising industry.
  • Strong proficiency in supporting macOS and Windows operating systems.
  • Experience with Jamf and Intune for device management and software deployment.
  • Office 365 and Google Suite.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyse and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Familiarity with advertising-related software and tools is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications such as Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
