Key Responsibilities:
Content Development: Create, monitor, write, and update product content on eCommerce websites to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
Website Development: Oversee the development and maintenance of company websites, ensuring they remain up to date, user-friendly, and aligned with branding.
Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop customised digital marketing plans, including schedules for E-shots and social media campaigns, with a preference for using Canva for creative assets.
Social Media Management: Manage all social media platforms, including TikTok and Pinterest, by creating and monitoring engaging content to drive customer engagement.
Newsletters: Produce monthly newsletters, both in print and digital formats, to keep customers informed and engaged.
Content Best Practices: Continuously research and implement best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and new product listings.
Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, sales and operations departments to provide updated and consistent content for all platforms.
SEO and Analytics: Possess an understanding of SEO best practices and utilise tools like Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, paying close attention to detail while prioritising effectively.
eCommerce Expertise: Possess strong knowledge of the eCommerce space, staying informed about industry trends and practices.
Tools and Software: Use Excel, in-house reservation systems, MailChimp, and other relevant software/tools for marketing activities.
Online Reputation Management: Identify opportunities for improvement and respond to reviews to maintain and enhance the company's online reputation.
Brand Analysis: Analyse our brand positioning and consumer insights to make data-driven decisions for marketing strategies.
Customer Experience: Focus on improving the digital customer experience to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Performance Measurement: Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns to assess effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
Stay Informed: Keep up to date with the latest marketing trends and best practices to ensure the marketing strategies remain competitive and relevant.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of developing successful marketing strategies.
Knowledge of SEO best practices, digital advertising, and social media management.
Proficiency with marketing tools, software, and analytics, such as Google Analytics, Canva, and MailChimp.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional project management and multitasking skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of eCommerce trends and practices.
