The Role
Reporting to the Board, leading a dedicated team to build and develop an active Marketing and E-Commerce sales channel for a renowned product-based business. Your key task will be the development and implementation of strategy and processes to set up a range of B2B and B2C propositions and then ensure that these propositions are being marketed and developed to meet the growth needs in the business.

The Company
Well established, profitable market leader, selling products in the B2B and B2C arena, with a strong track record and excellent client base they are looking to grow income from established B2B market, and also ecommerce to enable them to meet overall targets set for the business.

Keen to ensure that they deliver best in class 'voice of customer' and 'sales funnel', as well as an e-commerce solution, tied to a marketing plan covering all areas of social media as well as links with direct-to-consumer routes.

The Person
The role calls for a marketeer with strong track record in delivering direct marketing campaigns and also ground up E-commerce solutions, while leading teams to support the marketing of e-commerce to both b2b and b2c groups.

You will be a bright, enthusiastic, innovative team leader and player, who excels at translating customer insight into deliverable and profitable sales and processes.

Your experience will have included:

• Leading/owning a direct marketing team and ecommerce solution for business to business supply (hospitality, pub & restaurant chains, HORECA)
• Developing and implementing initiatives that increase customer acquisition, conversion and retention
• Enhancing the customer journey
