This is an exciting new role, where you will have the opportunity to shape and grow the company’s content strategy and creation – driving thought leadership across multiple Marketing channels and partnerships. No two days will be alike… one day you’ll be setting up a tripod and filming or interviewing the founder, the next you’ll be brainstorming new ideas with the Marketing and Sales teams and writing a report rich in our own loyalty insights and perspectives for the year ahead. Another, you’ll be editing footage for Instagram, prepping a webinar or chatting to an industry podcast about interviewing our founder. As part of the Marketing team, you will collaborate to create targeted content, in line with the strategy, that resonates with our target markets. Lead generation is a key objective for most of the content, so a good understanding of Marketing / comms principles is important.
Salary – £35,000.00 based on experience
Location – Moulsoe, Milton Keynes, MK16 0FJ
Role Type – Permanent
Hours - Monday - Friday / 09:00 - 17:30 (Hybrid Working Available)

Core Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivery of all Marketing content, in line with the strategy
- Creating quality B2B content, across multiple formats and channels.
- Applying effective Content Marketing techniques, formats and use of AI, where beneficial
- Working with senior stakeholders to deliver thought leadership content
- Collaborating with the Marketing, Customer Success team, Sales, Dev and leadership team to create brilliant content.
- Monitoring competitor content and ours, to continuously improve our content/inbound opportunities.
- Organisation and management of content bank / calendar.
- Copywriting (long and short form)
- Competent in video production and editing (for case studies, social, interviews etc).
- Creative, organised and fast-paced.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to problem-solve objectively under pressure and in a busy environment
- Confident and engaging – to get the content and footage you want!
