Harris Hill is searching for an Alumni and Development Executive for around 3 months to cover a leaver.

This role will need to start around the 22nd April for a handover with the current postholder. The post can be 3, 4 or 5 days per week but on the understanding that this be hybrid based with the need to attend one of their numerous sites, depending on alumni events. This role has sites in London and Surrey, so you may need to attend either for specific events.

Your position in this organisation will also support the alumni programme. This will include alumni engagement, fundraising, events and other general support. This will include:

Being first point of contact for families of Alumni.
Networking Alumni and families
Overseeing tours of the schools.
Monitor Alumni inbox.
Maintaining database
Events support - tickets and registrations.
Social media- write posts and work with marketing events.

The ideal candidate will be a car driver as you will be required to conduct tours of their schools for Alumni, students and their families. The role can be remote based with the exception of the events and tours. There could be 2 tours a month during normal working times but could rise to a few a week during schoool holidays etc. You will have a few weeks notice of each tour, so you would have the ability to manage them effectively. They have sites in Cobham Surrey and Uxbridge with most being in Uxbridge.
