Are you looking for a new challenge at the start of a fresh financial year? Do you have experience of successfully overseeing social media and digital platforms and projects to build brand awareness? The Recruitment Co. are currently on the lookout for new talent to join one of our key clients who are based in Manchester City Centre.

The Responsibilities:

  • Establish, drive and manage a coherent integrated digital marketing strategy, using the full mix of digital acquisition techniques - PPC, display & programmatics, influencer & partner marketing and social media channels (both paid and organic)
  • Develop and maintain a well-structured social media calendar focusing primarily on LinkedIn, X and Instagram to build brand engagement and income streams. There is also the opportunity to expand into TikTok and YouTube
  • Creating copy for social media channels to ensure consistency with our brand and tone across the firm
  • Fully understand our clients target audience across the whole business on the main social media channels and execute creative social media campaigns to appeal to them
  • Work closely with the Marketing Executives to ensure full management of all social media channels and they are filled with the relevant content from calendar
  • Work with the Marketing Executives to plan and then coordinate workload for digital marketing campaigns, including the briefing of collateral required
  • Analyse the success of campaigns, translating data into recommendations and plans for revising the digital marketing and social media campaign activities. Monitor and optimise campaign progress regularly and produce reports during and after campaigns to show the success
  • Stay ahead of latest trends in the digital sector and make recommendations for new strategies on a regular basis
  • Utilising automation platforms for the seamless execution of content across all channels, and strategically scheduling content releases for maximum reach (sprout social is currently used)
  • Capturing video and imagery content for significant events and campaigns and working closely with the legal teams and their clients. Have the ability to undertake video editing
  • Work closely alongside the Senior Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing
  • Manage partnerships with influencers / ambassadors when required and source new partnerships and ensure such relationships provide the necessary return on investment
  • Monitor competitor activity and responding accordingly

The Person:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5+ years proven digital marketing experience either in a similar role, either B2B or B2C. Ideally with some agency side experience
  • Highly experienced in delivering both organic and paid social media activity and campaigns. Understand how organic content can also support any paid campaigns
  • Excellent experience in managing multiple social media channels and in developing effective social media strategies and campaigns
  • Proficient in content creation across various platforms including experience of using tools such as Canva and the ability undertake video filming and editing
  • Experience of executing influencer campaigns
  • Experienced in using analytics and monitoring to report on the success of both organic and paid social campaigns and the ability to compile reports to make informed recommendations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently in a corporate setting
  • Adaptable and comfortable working with changing priorities and deadlines
