An exceptional global manufacturing business based just outside of Manchester is seeking an astute, motivated and personable Marketing Manager to join their expanding team. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering company growth through ensuring client satisfaction and amplifying brand presence. Your responsibilities will include spearheading the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, effectively balancing short-term goals with long-term strategies, and maintaining close collaboration with senior management. This role is based onsite and you'll likely need to drive/have a car to get to site as it's remote.

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will also mentor a Marketing Executive to enhance their skills, oversee the prioritization of team tasks, and steer efforts towards accomplishing the company's commercial objectives. You will receive comprehensive training and practical experience across various departments, enabling you to gain a deep understanding of the businesses' operations. This position presents significant exposure and opportunities for advancement within both the UK and USA branches.

You will define brand positioning, pinpoint target demographics, and develop comprehensive marketing strategies; you will lead the execution of marketing initiatives; utilize customer data, analyse market trends, and maintain analytics reports across various platforms; you will foster collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders; strategise campaigns aimed at maximising ROI; focus on B2B marketing campaigns; implement strategies for SEO, PPC, social media and PR; manage budgets, expense estimates, and targets; develop a multichannel marketing approach through email campaigns, e-books, brochures, blogs, and social media posts; and spearhead event strategies, with a view to quality lead generation including participating in key trade events.

To be considered, you must have prior Marketing experience, B2B experience, have some sales and lead generation experience, have worked with a CRM system and marketing integration previously, and worked with WordPress, the Adobe Suite, and Google Analytics.
