Introduction

Reporting to the Head of Communications, the Content Executive will play an integral role in delivering marketing and communications services for Dandara Living, across the Development, Construction and Management divisions of the business, and working closely with external partners.

What you will do

• Management of social media for both corporate / B2B and consumer channels operating across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and others,
• Social media advertising campaign management
• Social media channel setup
• Blog creation and promotion
• Internal communication support (internal blogs, newsletters, emails)
• Data analysis and reporting on social and communications campaigns
• Copywriting operational resident communications
• Operating resident communications platforms
• Supporting resident events programme with relevant communications
• Analysis of competitor marketing campaigns
• Operation of resident review platform (Homeviews) including responding to reviews
• Liaising with other departments to provide communications support as necessary

What you will have

• Degree in a relevant marketing/communications subject
• Accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in relation to spelling and grammar
• Strong organisational skills, able to effectively prioritise and work under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Experience in the property industry or with property clients preferred but not essential
• Experience with Adobe Suite design programs such as photoshop preferred but not essential
