This position is open to either junior or experienced applicants, whichever end of the scope, you’ll be sure to feel supported and thoroughly trained to achieve the best results for the business and your career. This role is very heavy Business Development based within the Critical Power industry, so you’ll be diving straight into it.

What you’ll get:

The salary ranges from £45,000 to £65,000, now, this is a big range, but it’ll depend on your experience either in engineering or in marketing, or both! On top of this, you’ll also receive up to a 15% annual bonus.

To ensure you can travel to and from sites and the office, you’ll receive a £545 car allowance, either using your current car or finally getting that car you always wanted.

The added extras:

• Pension: They’ll put an 8% pension contribution in, and you only have to put a minimum of 2% in.
• Medical: A choice of Private Medical packages
• 25 days holiday + 8 BH
• It is a WFH position, however it’s even more ideal if you’re local to the offices.

What you’ll be doing:

• Using your technical knowledge of the Critical Power market, you’ll identify the trends and analyse the growth opportunities in this competitive industry within the UPS, Switchgear and Data Centre Sectors.
• Working with customers to ensure they receive the best service and using your communication with them to drive the business.
• Support the sales team on customer training and critical tenders or projects.
• Monitor the progress and achievements of the company throughout the country.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve the global marketing efficiency.
• Launch the KPI’s to the teams and set consistent targets.

What you’ll need:

• Experience with Data Centres, UPS, Switchgear, Renewables and Transportation.
• Electrical or Electronics Engineering Qualification
• Proven skills in BRB Marketing and complex sales, if you have a degree in this, even better!
