Infinity Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our locally based Peterborough client in their search for a full time Marketing Manager,  working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.   This is a great opportunity to join a well established local business.

In this fully office based Marketing Manager position you will be required to lead a marketing team, with both traditional and digital forms of marketing.  Day to day in this Marketing Manager role you will be responsible to: 

Responsibilities 

• Manage and Lead a small team including 121's and appraisals, support and coaching
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Create and Manage successful marketing campaigns
• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns

Skills Required

To be considered for this Marketing Manager role you will :-

• Have demonstrable experience of both digital and traditional forms of marketing with strong copy writing and strong social media knowledge
• You will be an excellent communicator
• You will have team/work flow management experience
