Business Development Manager - Direct Mail

A newly created position has become available with my client a multi million £ Direct Mail Printers due to significant investment & growth.
They are essentially looking for a dynamic & experienced BDM to grow sales across the business, this would be covering print, DM, TM, Hybrid Mail, UK & International postage.
Self motivated and proactive you would have full responsibility of identifying new opportunities and overseeing the implementation and onboarding of the new clients in collaboration with the Client Services Team.
Career progression & OTE potential can be driven by the new BDM as the company will look to grow the department around the success of this position.
Skills Required:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales within Direct Mail, Transactional Mail, Hybrid Mail & UK & international postage with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Salesforce experience is preferable.
