Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to be representing our client, an exciting and fast paced agency, who are recruiting for a Paid Media Manager.  Join a highly successful team and help lead the paid media vision.  The role is a permanent opportunity, with offices based in Folkestone, Kent.  This position is hybrid, requiring either 2/3 days in the office.

The role - As Paid Media Manager you will be at the helm of crafting and executing cutting-edge paid advertising campaigns across key digital platforms like Google Ads and Meta. Your goal will be to align these campaigns with overarching marketing objectives, driving brand awareness, engagement, and maximising return on investment. In addition to being passionate about digital marketing, we also want someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to lead a team towards achieving exceptional results. Someone with a strong aptitude for training and managing team members, ensuring they are equipped with the latest skills and knowledge to excel in their roles and contribute effectively to our collective goals.

The Paid Media Manager will be required to do the following:

• Lead the execution of paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, aligning with company marketing objectives. 

• Manage the workload of team members and help develop the paid media skills of the team 

• Ensure adherence to best practices within the team and the clients we work with, and continually develop your own skills to keep at the top of the paid media game 

• Work closely with the Account Teams to identify opportunities for client growth

The successful Paid Media Manager should ideally be able to demonstrate the following:

• 3 years + experience in PPC / Paid Social 

• Proven ability to manage team members

• Experience using Google Ads Editor, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Analytics. 

• An excellent grasp of mathematics and basic statistics 

• A keen ability to problem-solve and find solutions 

• Prioritisation, time and workload management 

The Paid Media Manager will be rewarded with a salary of £27-37,000 depending on experience, plus excellent company benefits.
