Marketing Performance Director

Job Description:

Our rapidly growing agency client is seeking Marketing Performance Director to join their passionate, insight driven team. The Performance Director will lead on the performance strategy for the B2B Enterprise and High Growth SaaS clients. Be responsible for developing the paid media strategy and leading the performance team to achieve revenue focused targets. 

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual who has experience in running global growth marketing strategies through paid media initiatives with large budgets and across multiple languages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective paid media strategies for client growth
• Lead and mentor performance team to deliver top-tier campaigns and personal development
• Manage client relationships, fostering strong connections
• Ensure team alignment and goal achievement
• Utilize data analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Oversee team output quality and efficiency, working closely with Performance Lead to advise clients, conduct business reviews, drive performance improvements, and support new initiatives

Essential Skills/Experience:

• At least 5+ years experience working with paid media strategies with a proven track record of delivering successful performance campaigns
• Minimum of 2+ years experience working with B2B clients, bonus if it is for SaaS companies
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Accountable for outcomes
• Solid understanding and experience in developing and executing B2B growth marketing strategies, including how these impact performance from MQL to Revenue.
