Job Description:

My client is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to spearhead their marketing initiatives and strengthen their position within the competitive landscape of management education. This pivotal role involves crafting compelling campaign content and messaging that supports the strategic student marketing and recruitment efforts within this esteemed organisation. My client is a leading international private university with campuses across Europe. Their London campus is a modern building located in West Hampstead and having recently finished developing the site, it is a stunning location to work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage relationships with media agencies, optimizing media plans and marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies through regular analysis and reports, making data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate closely with senior marketing and admissions teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans.
  • Produce engaging content for a variety of channels, including social media, blogs, event collateral, and digital platforms.
  • Employ CRM and data analytics tools to create targeted email campaigns and personalized communications.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for content creation and advertising, maximizing visibility across traditional and digital channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, gain competitive insights, and uncover new opportunities in the education sector.
  • Participate in and support student recruitment events, which may require flexibility in working hours.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional marketing experience, preferably with agency management involvement.
  • Degree-educated with a strong understanding of the learning and development (L&D) industry or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing and executing marketing plans, with a preference for experience in higher education or experiential marketing.
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and making data-informed decisions.
  • Experience in an international team setting and the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse environment.
  • Creative and strategic thinking skills, capable of innovating and adapting in a fast-paced setting.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Fluency in French or other foreign languages is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with creative software tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
