This expansion has created the need to appoint a new Production Manager / Team Leader who can help mentor a small team and manage a busy bespoke work schedule.

Job Description: The client needs an adaptable production manager, who can prioritise a rapidly changing workload and distribute this amongst a small but very capable team. The role would suit a hands-on manager/mentor who can balance both bespoke production work and leading a team.

• Prioritising and planning workload for a small team.
• Completing artwork using adobe creative suite
• Using artwork to create print ready files.
• Use of RIP software (ONYX experience preferred)
• Good knowledge of printing onto multiple substrates such as sheet material, vinyl and laminates
• Good understanding of colour profiling
• Ideally you have a pre-existing working knowledge of printers and laminators (Canon Arizona, Canon Colorado, HP 800W, Seal Pro Laminator, Summa F-Series)
• The role involves having a close eye on stock control.
• Ability to quality control all production work, with an eye on extreme detail.
