About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the CRM team to help build campaigns and automations that drive increased sales and customer satisfaction both in the UK and as we expand into the USA.

Requirements

Key Result Areas

• Aid in managing the day to day operations of the CRM team
• Work closely with stakeholders around the business to implement their campaigns and fit them into the wider campaign calendar
• Building campaigns in Bloomreach
• Coding templates in HTML & CSS
• Writing email copy
• Pulling data on audiences from our BI tool (Looker)
• Reporting on success
• Aid in migrating transactional comms into Bloomreach
• Work closely with engineers to build automations in Bloomreach to replace existing service emails, texts and push notifications
• Build and own a map of all communications and journeys customers can take and be the expert that people around the business can come to
• Build and own an AB testing programme 
• Iteratively improve our existing communications to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Build communications from the ground up as we expand into new markets
• JustPark is expanding into the USA and we will be building the transactional and marketing communications from the ground up
  

Knowledge, skills and experience

• Attention to detail: proof-reading and building flawless logic are the most important aspects to this role
• Copywriting: The ability to organise information in copy effectively, to get complex concepts across simply and concisely, and make it fun at the same time
• Some demonstration of coding or logic building ability: We can train you in HTML & CSS and in using Bloomreach (our CRM platform), but we would like to see something that shows transferable skills 
• Data led: Competent in Excel (pivot tables, cleaning data, index match, etc) and have used BI tools before (e.g. Looker, Mode, Dax)
