Visualsoft is seeking an experienced SEO professional to join as a Senior SEO Account Director...could that be you?

This position can be based on a hybrid basis across our Stockton, Newcastle or Manchester City Centre offices!

As Senior SEO Account Director you will be responsible and accountable for the success and delivery of the Visualsoft SEO service. You support not only the SEO team, but the rest of the business in a variety of areas from strategic thinking, development of your portfolio of SEO clients, integration with other channels and growth opportunities for your accounts and new business. 

You will not only own a portfolio of SEO clients and be the go-to key relationship stakeholder for SEO you will work alongside the Head of SEO to deliver team & company goals. Relationships and client centricity is key as your objective is to grow your portfolio's return ensuring the SEO product/service is innovative, efficient and delivered to the highest possible quality.

With your passion for SEO & all things Organic, you will use your ideas and experience to support teams and individuals, ensuring they have what they need to reach their full potential.

  • Overall responsibility for client portfolio SEO relationship, measured by NPS & CSAT
  • Maintain the highest standards of SEO implementation and execution
  • Coach, mentor and train other Visualsoft staff members to produce the highest quality SEO work for clients
  • Constantly strive to improve and maintain processes and procedure documents
  • Handle and prepare sales documentation and sales pitches outside of your portfolio
  • Lead, speak and engage at both internal & external events and conferences
  • Maintain expert knowledge at the forefront of SEO & wider Digital marketing ensuring your strategic thinking is up to date with emerging tech and trends

Requirements

This role requires someone with exceptional communication and client relationship/management skills and who is an absolute expert within the SEO industry.

The ability to lead clients and work alongside high-performing teams influencing clients and internal stakeholders is essential, using technology and industry-leading practices.

  • Extensive proven experience on either agency or client-side specialising in SEO
  • Extensive experience in SEO management
  • Proven expertise in external SEO platforms and tools, analytics, forecasting and measurement
  • Experience in building and executing SEO strategies, whether in-house or for clients
  • Working to tight deadlines as a team and as an individual
  • Client-facing experience at a senior level
  • Client meeting experience and proven strategy presentation skills
  • Experience in e-commerce
  • Experience delivering results in collaboration with other digital channels e.g. PPC

Desirable

  • Ability to utilise APIs, especially with Google Big Query
  • Advanced GA4 user with experience regarding tracking (common issues & troubleshooting)
  • CRO / UX
