We’re looking for candidate to implement the Performance Marketing, always on activity for Railcard, National Rail 2for1 and Interrail.

What can I expect to do in this job? 

The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for briefing and ensuring the delivery of performance marketing, media planning and buying services executed by the Media Agency. They will be accountable for achieving commercial objectives through performance marketing activities.

 

 

 

Requirements

What experience, skills and knowledge do I need?

The ideal person will be:

  • Self-motivated with proven experience of media agency management and a working knowledge and understanding of Paid Search, Display and Affiliate Marketing.
  • It is essential you can demonstrate experience or competence of:
  • Use knowledge and expertise acquired through professional qualification or past work experience to develop, implement and evaluate performance marketing plans, delivering to agreed objectives. 
  • Experience of Google Analytics and or other digital marketing tracking platforms,
  • Work with agencies to define media plans from briefing to delivery, providing direction on tactical optimisations.
  • Stakeholder management: communicate effectively and frequently with multiple stakeholders, including media agencies, marketing teams internally and externally and suppliers.
  • Measure, monitor and report marketing results and impact with insightful key learnings.
