The Role

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be joining the business and marketing team at a key time and stepping into what is a massive opportunity for personal growth and development. We want to build a world-class marketing team, fit for what is a truly world-class company, setting the standard and leading the way in personal training. This role will play a key part in the development of our marketing team, tasked with taking the business to the next level across the 9 countries we already operate in.

This role will support the already well-established Personal Training offering. Through continued analysis of campaign performance and iteration, you will look to increase awareness, grow sales, and maximise ROI. There is no doubt that this is a difficult role and a big challenge, but for the right person, it is a perfect opportunity to develop and test yourself at a company that demands a lot but will back you. At such a crucial point as we develop the our marketing team, a proactive, positive attitude, and a will to be challenged and to improve is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the existing Marketing team in delivering and implementing the overall marketing strategy
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools
  • Support Paid Social and Paid Search specialists, helping them hit key KPIs such as CPA & ROAS
  • Collaborate with the SEO & Content team to help improve our organic search rankings.
  • Assist in the creation and optimisation of landing pages and conversion funnels to improve conversion rates and lead generation.
  • Work closely with the in-house video production and design team, briefing in required assets to support key marketing campaigns, managing the process to make
  • Conduct regular reporting, giving visibility to the Senior Marketing Teams on the traffic, CPA, ROI, and overall performance of core marketing channels
  • Use data to identify opportunities for growth across new and existing channels
  • Work closely with the content manager and CRM manager to ensure consistency of marketing campaigns across all channels
  • Be proactive in suggesting site improvements to increase conversion rate and improve the ROI of paid marketing activities

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing
  • A self-starter, with a positive and proactive mindset
  • Ability to work autonomously and off own initiative if required
  • A desire to work and gain experience across all areas of digital marketing
  • Data-driven & a focus on achieving measurable results and ROI for marketing campaigns
  • Preferably a knowledge of SEO, PPC, paid social and web best practices
