We’re looking for a Change & Communications Manager to join our Head Office team in Kings Hill, Kent, on a 18 month fixed-term contract

This critical position offers a unique opportunity to play a leading role in shaping our company culture and driving successful change initiatives.  You will develop and execute strategic communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged, while leveraging your change management expertise to ensure smooth user adoption of new systems and processes.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement strategic communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged during periods of stability and change.
• Craft compelling messaging and content across various channels (email, intranet, video) to support organisational goals and brand consistency.
• Partner with leadership and project teams to design and deliver clear communication plans for change initiatives, maximising user adoption.
• Analyse data and track metrics to measure the success of communication efforts and continuously improve strategies.
• Manage and develop content for all internal communication channels, ensuring optimal reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information and ensure consistent messaging across the organisation.
• Provide expert guidance on change management best practices and support leaders in crafting effective communication.
• Assist in developing and executing communication plans during times of crisis.

Requirements

Essential

• Proven experience in an internal communications and/or change management role
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing large-scale change initiatives, resulting in positive user adoption and measurable business impact
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
• Experience in content creation and content management systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• A collaborative and results-orientated team player with a positive and engaging attitude

Desirable

• Experience of the FMCG or Fresh Produce industry
• Prior experience working in a large and complex organisation
• Knowledge of additional European languages
